Liraglutide is typically used as a standalone metabolic agent rather than stacked with growth or healing peptides. Clinicians occasionally combine it with resistance training and a higher-protein diet to offset lean-mass loss during a weight-loss course, but there is no established peptide-stacking protocol — unlike newer GLP-1s, it is rarely paired with GH secretagogues in research/clinic settings, largely because most patients on liraglutide are managed through standard endocrinology rather than peptide clinics.
