NAD+ Dosage and Protocols
NAD+ dosage protocols reported in published research, plus reconstitution and storage.
Route-Dependent Protocols
Injectable/subcutaneous protocols commonly use 50–100mg daily or a few times weekly. Clinic-administered IV infusions use much larger doses — 250–750mg — delivered slowly over 1–4 hours, since rapid IV infusion of NAD+ is associated with infusion-related discomfort (flushing, chest tightness, cramping) at high infusion rates.

Reconstitution
A 500mg vial with 5mL of bacteriostatic water is the pairing reported most often. Injectable NAD+ protocols vary widely by vendor and clinic; a common convention is a 500mg vial reconstituted with 5mL bacteriostatic water. IV infusion is typically clinic-prepared and administered over 1–4 hours.
