Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Blend Side Effects and Safety
Reported Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Blend side effects, contraindications, and safety signals.
Combined Component Risk Profile
Tesamorelin's FDA label documents injection-site reactions, joint pain/arthralgia, and peripheral edema as the most common effects, plus a mild reduction in glucose tolerance in some patients — worth monitoring via fasting glucose/HbA1c. Ipamorelin's ghrelin-receptor mechanism is generally considered the most selective (fewest off-target effects) among GH secretagogues. Active malignancy and pregnancy are contraindicated given the GH/IGF-1 axis stimulation shared by both components.
