Strong Individual Data, No Combination Trial
Tesamorelin has the strongest evidence base of any compound in REGEN's GH-secretagogue category — it's FDA-approved based on multiple Phase 3 placebo-controlled trials in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Ipamorelin has solid mechanistic and animal/early human pharmacology data as a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. Neither compound, however, has been studied in combination in a controlled trial — the blend's rationale rests on complementary receptor mechanisms, not combination-specific trial data.
