Reconstitution
A 5mg vial with 2.5mL of bacteriostatic water is the pairing reported most often. 5mg vial + 2.5mL bacteriostatic water = 2000mcg/mL. A 200mcg dose is 0.1mL (10 units).
Work out your own concentration with the reconstitution calculator.
