Epithalon Research Evidence
The Epithalon evidence base: trials, journals, and what the data does not yet show.
Small Studies, Mostly Preclinical
The bulk of epithalon's published research comes from a small number of research groups, primarily in Russia, using small sample sizes and older publication standards. Cell-culture and animal studies suggest effects on telomerase activity and circadian markers, but rigorous, independently replicated human randomized controlled trials are lacking.
Regulatory and Legal Status
Epithalon has no FDA-approved indication and is not approved for human consumption. It is sold exclusively as a research-grade compound (RUO). No formal human pharmacokinetic or dose-finding study has been conducted. Researchers and users should verify the legal status of epithalon in their jurisdiction prior to purchase or use.
