Reconstitution
A 5mg vial with 2mL of bacteriostatic water is the pairing reported most often. 5mg vial + 2mL bacteriostatic water = 2500mcg/mL. Start at 0.25mg (0.1mL / 10 units) weekly and titrate up no faster than every 4 weeks.
