KLOW Blend Mechanism of Action
How KLOW Blend works: receptor targets, signalling pathways, and molecular profile.
Four Mechanisms in One Vial
KLOW combines four peptides that individually target overlapping-but-distinct repair pathways: GHK-Cu upregulates collagen, elastin, and angiogenic growth-factor expression for skin/connective-tissue remodeling; KPV carries anti-inflammatory melanocortin signaling without pigmentation effects; BPC-157 shows gastroprotective and soft-tissue repair activity through nitric-oxide signaling and growth-factor modulation; TB-500 promotes cell migration and angiogenesis via actin-sequestering pathways. Combined, the blend targets skin, gut, and connective-tissue repair simultaneously.
Composition
KLOW is most commonly sold as an 80mg vial containing 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg KPV, 10mg BPC-157, and 10mg TB-500 — GHK-Cu dominates the formulation by mass, with the other three peptides present at equal, smaller doses. Exact ratios vary by supplier, so always confirm the specific vial's composition before dosing.
