KLOW Blend Dosage and Protocols
KLOW Blend dosage protocols reported in published research, plus reconstitution and storage.
Dosing by GHK-Cu Content
Clinics commonly dose KLOW by its GHK-Cu content — roughly 1–2mg GHK-Cu equivalent per injection, which works out to about 16–32 units on a U-100 insulin syringe after standard reconstitution. Typical total-blend doses run 250–750mcg daily. Reconstitute the 80mg vial with 3.0mL bacteriostatic water for a concentration of about 26.7mg/mL total blend (vendor protocols range 1–3mL). Cycles commonly run 4–12 weeks.

Reconstitution
A 80mg vial with 3mL of bacteriostatic water is the pairing reported most often. Most commonly sold as an 80mg vial (50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg KPV, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500); reconstitute with 3.0mL bacteriostatic water for roughly 26.7mg/mL total blend concentration. Ratios vary by supplier.
