Reconstitution
A 10mg vial with 2mL of bacteriostatic water is the pairing reported most often. 10mg vial + 2mL bacteriostatic water = 5000mcg/mL. A 250mcg dose is 0.05mL (5 units). Start very low to assess tolerance and nausea.
