GLOW Blend Mechanism of Action
How GLOW Blend works: receptor targets, signalling pathways, and molecular profile.
A Copper-Peptide-Heavy Recovery Blend
GLOW combines GHK-Cu (dosed as the majority component by mass) with smaller equal doses of BPC-157 and TB-500. GHK-Cu drives collagen, elastin, and angiogenic growth-factor upregulation for skin remodeling; BPC-157 and TB-500 contribute gastroprotective, soft-tissue-repair, and angiogenic support. The higher relative GHK-Cu dose is what gives GLOW its skin-forward positioning compared to KLOW.
Composition
GLOW is most commonly sold as a 70mg vial containing 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, and 10mg TB-500 — a 5:1:1 ratio by mass. This is the same three-peptide combination found in KLOW, minus KPV.
