Every compound below carries a REGEN research grade, from S (regulatory approval behind the use it is bought for) down to F (no clinical evidence). Ordering follows that grade rather than search volume, so the compound at the top is the one with the most evidence, not the one most often sold. Doses are those reported in published protocols and are not recommendations.
1. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)
DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a nonapeptide with the sequence Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu, first isolated from the brains of rabbits during studies of sleep physiology. It's studied for effects on delta-wave (deep, slow-wave) sleep induction, stress-response modulation, and circadian regulation. Its native human plasma half-life is extremely short — a matter of minutes — and no formal clinical dosing protocol has been established. It's sold only as a research compound.
2. Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin to trigger a clean pulse of growth hormone from the pituitary, without the cortisol, prolactin, or hunger spikes seen with older secretagogues like GHRP-6. Its selectivity makes it one of the most popular and well-tolerated GH peptides. It is typically paired with a GHRH like CJC-1295 to produce a larger, more physiological GH release. Common goals are recovery, sleep quality, and gradual improvements in body composition. Track IGF-1 to confirm response.

3. CJC-1295 (no-DAC)
CJC-1295 (no-DAC), also called Modified GRF 1-29, lacks the albumin-binding DAC tag, so it clears within roughly half an hour and produces a sharp, pulsatile GH release that more closely mimics the body's natural rhythm. That makes it the preferred GHRH for pairing with a secretagogue like Ipamorelin in a pre-bed pulse. It needs more frequent dosing than the DAC form. Monitor IGF-1 on cycle.

4. Epithalon
Epithalon (also spelled Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide with the sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG), designed as an analog of epithalamin, a naturally occurring pineal gland peptide. It has been studied — primarily by Russian researchers, notably Vladimir Khavinson's group — in small and preclinical studies for telomerase activation, pineal gland/melatonin regulation, and circadian rhythm effects. It's sold exclusively as a research compound; no FDA approval or large-scale human trial exists.
5. Selank
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide based on the immune-active peptide tuftsin, developed in Russia as an anxiolytic with nootropic properties. It modulates GABA and serotonergic signaling and influences BDNF, producing anti-anxiety and stabilizing effects without the sedation or dependence associated with benzodiazepines. It is usually given intranasally and is well tolerated. As with Semax, robust data outside Russian clinical use is limited.
