1. Semaglutide
Semaglutide is a long-acting GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist that slows gastric emptying, increases satiety, and improves insulin sensitivity and glucose control. Originally developed for type 2 diabetes, it has become a leading weight-loss therapy. Dosing is titrated up slowly over weeks to minimize gastrointestinal side effects like nausea. It directly affects metabolic markers — expect improvements in HbA1c, fasting glucose, and body composition. Not typically stacked with growth or healing peptides; used as a standalone metabolic tool.

2. GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide whose plasma levels decline with age. It is best known for stimulating collagen and elastin production, improving skin firmness and wound healing, and supporting hair follicle health. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and has been studied for gene-expression effects associated with tissue remodeling. Available both as an injectable for systemic effects and topically for skin and hair. Often part of longevity and aesthetics protocols rather than performance stacks.

3. BPC-157
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid partial sequence of body protection compound found in gastric juice. It is widely used in recovery protocols for its reported effects on tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut-lining repair. Mechanistically it is associated with upregulation of growth factor receptors and promotion of angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), which supports tissue healing. It is frequently stacked with TB-500 for synergistic recovery and is a cornerstone of the healing-focused peptide protocol. Human clinical data is limited; most evidence is preclinical.

4. Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin to trigger a clean pulse of growth hormone from the pituitary, without the cortisol, prolactin, or hunger spikes seen with older secretagogues like GHRP-6. Its selectivity makes it one of the most popular and well-tolerated GH peptides. It is typically paired with a GHRH like CJC-1295 to produce a larger, more physiological GH release. Common goals are recovery, sleep quality, and gradual improvements in body composition. Track IGF-1 to confirm response.

5. TB-500
TB-500 is a synthetic version of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in cell migration, blood vessel formation, and tissue repair. It works systemically rather than locally, making it popular for whole-body recovery, muscle and tendon healing, and reducing stiffness. It upregulates actin, a protein central to cell movement and wound healing. TB-500 is most commonly paired with BPC-157 in healing blocks, where the two are seen as complementary — BPC-157 acting more locally and TB-500 systemically. Most evidence is preclinical or anecdotal.
